I received an email receipt today for a purchase I did not make. The email address was from Aruba! It said INVOICE <newsletter38174@staff.aruba.**>
It said it was for an app called Tom Tom U.S.A. and the price is $42.99. This really gives me the creeps and I need to know what to do about it. I am positive that it is not legitimate. And I want to make sure that my account is secure.

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message to Apple. reportphishing@apple.com

DO NOT REPLY OR GIVE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE. It is a phishing attempt to get your money. Report or forward the e-mail to Apple.

How can I get someone from Apple to see me? I've. Been going in circles trying to make an appointment to see someone at the Genius Bar for help.
Click on the Contact Support link in the upper right corner of this page. You will need to work your way through the system. I'd suggest selecting hardware issues.
